At Dulcería El Toto, we take pride in delivering high-quality Mexican candy to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines in place for returns and refunds.


All Sales Are Final

Because we sell food products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement or store credit, email us at dulceriaeltoto@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.


 Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft during transit. If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
